My skill set is diverse. I have covered breaking news stories including Presidential and Vice Presidential visits, Presidential debates, the Coronavirus Pandemic, social unrest and multiple hurricanes.
I have been carefully learning about what has been.

I seek out opportunities to gain useful experience with what is right now.

But I am truly passionate about what is yet to come.

Journalism today is changing.
It takes more than just being a great storyteller, or having a powerful on-camera presence. We live in a world where transparency is paramount and personal brand matters. I like to think that who I am outside the newsroom makes me a better journalist and a compelling communicator.
I was a four-year, Division 1 scholarship student-athlete on the Equestrian Team at the University of South Carolina. I still ride and am involved in the equestrian community, teaming up with local therapeutic riding centers for events and fundraising.
I maintain several leadership roles, and am thrilled to support organizations like the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, and all 5 of our local animal rescues.
Giving back is a big part of my life. In August, 2023, I helped fundraise more than $200,000 for local animal shelters, and found thousands of animals forever homes.
I graduated Cum Laude (3.7 GPA).
Viewers trust me with the big story just as much as they trust me to host galas. I have a proven ability to draw audiences.
Being "on-air" is where I thrive, but I learned all about the written word from the ground up. I was "on-point" for generating the important connections between print and online material. I am comfortable cranking out all kinds of content whether it is a story about the best places to take a date or an interview with a National Book Award-nominated author.
